Do i need to set up an account to place an online order? |
No, you can shop at A.STYLE without creating an account.
However, register an online account and you'll be able to access the following features:
- Save time from entering your personal details.
- Review past purchases record
- Add your favourite items to the Wishlist

I’ve forgotten my account password, what should i do? |
Click LOG IN at the top right-hand corner of the Site, and click the "Forgotten password" prompter. Enter your email address, and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password. |
Will A.STYLE hold items for me? |
Yes we can hold full price items for a maximum of three days in store. |

What payment methods does A.STYLE accept? |

What currency fo you use for online purchase? |
All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and you will be charged in HKD only. |

What if i haven’t received my order confirmation email? |
If you haven't received an email to confirm your order, please contact us if you are concern at all. |
Can i amend or cancel my order online? |
Yes, a notification email must be sent to info@astyle.com.hk within 24 hours from the moment your order has been placed. |

Which countries does A.STYLE ship to? |
We currently ship to all areas in Hong Kong only, Macau and China region can also be arranged.
For large order or ship overseas, please contact us for quotation. |
Will you assemble the furniture? |
Most of our products do not require to be assembled, but if needed, we can always help if you would like extra service. |
How much do you charge for shipping? |
Delivery to areas in Hong Kong is free of charge if you spend HKD$10,000 net or above in a single transaction. Delivery charges will be applied for order less than HKD$10,000. Our delivery service is also available for Hong Kong outlying islands, Macau and outside Hong Kong, please contact us for quotation.
Hong Kong customers can either choose the option “I would like to pick up at shop” which is free of the delivery charge.

How long does the delivery takes? |
Delivery is within 3-6 working days for deliver to areas in Hong Kong.
**We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.** |
Do i need to sign to receive my order? |
Yes, all orders must be signed either on waybill or our delivery note at the time of delivery. In doing so you accept the responsibility for the order from that moment on. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, then the recipient’s signature will be accepted by A.STYLE as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order. |
How can I track my order? |
Standard Delivery:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the waybill no. to track your parcel.
Next day delivery:
We will contact you directly for the delivery arrangement. |

Can I return & exchange an item? |
Yes, as long as the item is returned to us within 7 days of your receipt and it is in a saleable condition tags on, unused, unwashed, in the original packaging.
However, we do not accept return or exchange for large items, bespoke or customized products shipped internationally. The only exception permitted in the case if the item is a defective product. |
